Refund Policy

At Grief Heals, I want you to understand what you're purchasing and what to expect before you register for a program or buy a course.

Refund policies vary depending on the product or service. Any additional terms will be provided on the applicable sales or registration page.

Self-Paced Courses and Digital Products

All sales of self-paced courses, downloadable resources, and other digital products are final once access has been provided, except where refunds are required by applicable law.

Because these products provide immediate access to educational materials, refunds are not generally offered if you change your mind, decide not to complete the course, or find that it isn't what you expected.

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact me so we can try to resolve it.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Live Workshops and Classes

Registrations for live workshops and classes are generally nonrefundable unless otherwise stated on the registration page.

If Grief Heals cancels a program, you will receive a full refund.

If I make a significant change to the schedule and you can no longer attend, you may request a refund.

If you are unable to participate for personal reasons, please contact me. Refunds or alternative arrangements may be considered individually, but are not guaranteed.

When appropriate, you may be offered the option to apply your payment toward another Grief Heals program instead of receiving a refund. Accepting a credit is always your choice.

Grief Support Groups

Registration and payment reserve a place in a small-group meeting.

Payments are generally nonrefundable if you do not attend a scheduled meeting.

If Grief Heals cancels a meeting, you will receive a refund or may choose to apply your payment toward a future meeting.

Any exceptions will be considered individually.

Individual Coaching and Consultations

Cancellation and rescheduling arrangements for ongoing coaching are governed by the individual Coaching Agreement.

For single-session consultations, the applicable cancellation and rescheduling terms will be provided at the time of booking.

Refunds are not generally provided for sessions that have already taken place.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method through the payment provider used for the purchase.

Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

Where a third-party merchant of record processes a purchase, its applicable refund procedures and legal obligations may also apply.
