Terms of Service

Last updated: November 6, 2026

1. About Grief Heals

Welcome to Grief Heals, operated by Susan Fuller in Rhode Island, United States.

These Terms of Service govern your use of griefheals.com and your purchase of or participation in Grief Heals courses, workshops, support groups, coaching, and other services.

By using this website or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms.

If you have questions, contact hello@griefheals.com.

2. Educational Services and Information

Grief Heals provides grief education, support groups, coaching, workshops, online courses, and related resources.

The information and services offered through Grief Heals are intended for education, personal reflection, and support. They are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for appropriate professional mental health or medical care.

Participation in any program does not establish a therapist-patient relationship.

Grief is individual, and results from participating in any course, workshop, group, or coaching program cannot be guaranteed.

You remain responsible for your personal decisions and actions.

Grief Heals does not provide emergency or crisis services.

3. Purchases and Payment

Prices are displayed on the applicable sales or registration page and may vary by product or service.

Payment is generally required at the time of purchase or before a scheduled appointment unless other arrangements have been made.

Payments are processed through third-party checkout and payment providers. Applicable taxes and charges will be displayed during checkout where required.

Your purchase may also be subject to the applicable payment provider's terms.

Grief Heals reserves the right to change prices or offerings. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.

4. Self-Paced Courses and Digital Products

Self-paced courses are delivered online through Teachery or another designated platform. Downloadable materials may also be included.

Unless otherwise stated on the sales page, purchasing a self-paced course provides personal access for an indefinite period, as long as the course and the platform hosting it remain available.

Indefinite access does not guarantee that a particular course, technology platform, or digital resource will remain available permanently.

Grief Heals may update, revise, discontinue, or remove course content when necessary, including when material becomes outdated, circumstances change, or continued hosting is no longer practical.

Reasonable efforts may be made to notify enrolled students of significant changes or discontinuation when practical, but advance notice is not guaranteed.

Course access is intended for the individual purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, or resold without permission.

5. Live Workshops and Support Groups

Grief Heals offers live educational workshops and support groups through Zoom or another online meeting platform.

Registration, scheduling, participation requirements, and cancellation arrangements may vary by program.

Participants are expected to treat others respectfully and maintain the confidentiality of personal experiences shared during group activities.

Because online group discussions involve other participants, Grief Heals cannot guarantee that every participant will maintain confidentiality.

Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of live sessions or participant communications is prohibited.

Grief Heals may decline or discontinue participation when reasonably necessary to protect the safety, privacy, or integrity of a group or program.

6. Individual Coaching and Consultations

Individual coaching and consultations are provided by appointment.

Ongoing coaching relationships may be governed by a separate written Coaching Agreement. When such an agreement applies, its specific terms concerning scheduling, cancellation, confidentiality, and termination take precedence over these general Terms of Service.

Cancellation and rescheduling conditions for other individual appointments will be communicated when scheduling or purchasing the service.

Coaching is a collaborative process. No particular outcome is promised or guaranteed.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling arrangements depend on the type of product or service purchased.

Please review the applicable registration information and the separate Refund Policy available on griefheals.com.

Where a separate Coaching Agreement or specific program terms apply, those terms will also govern, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the original content on griefheals.com and in Grief Heals courses, workshops, and resources belongs to Susan Fuller or is used with permission.

This includes written materials, worksheets, course content, videos, audio recordings, graphics, and other educational resources.

Purchases provide a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the materials for your own education and reflection.

You may download or print materials provided for that purpose, but you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, share, or use course materials commercially without written permission.

9. Website Use

You agree to use this website and its services lawfully and respectfully.

You may not attempt to interfere with website security, gain unauthorized access to accounts or services, misuse another person's information, or distribute malicious software through the site.

Grief Heals may restrict access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or protect its services and users.

10. Third-Party Platforms and Links

Grief Heals uses third-party services for website hosting, payments, email communications, online courses, and video meetings.

These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Grief Heals is not responsible for the content or practices of unrelated external websites linked from griefheals.com.

The current Terms will be posted on this website with an updated effective date.

Material changes affecting existing purchases or participants will be communicated when required by applicable law.
